already written.
Paste the URL of your news page or blog, no RSS feed needed. AI turns what you already publish into an email newsletter, and you press approve. Consent records, sender disclosures, unsubscribe links and bounce handling are taken care of without you thinking about them.

Paste your website URL and AI drafts an issue from your articles. Then you check it and press approve.
What the AI does
Write, deliver, answer, learn. The AI does the groundwork.
All you do is check and press approve.
- 01
Write
AI drafts each issue from your site's news and blog posts, leading with the topics your readers clicked last time. No new posts? Just answer a few questions from the AI.

Deliver
One approval sends it to your whole list. New subscribers automatically get an AI-written welcome email, and readers abroad get each issue translated into their language.

Answer
When readers reply, AI drafts the answer and flags leads right away.

HOW IT WORKS
The only thing you do is approve.
- 01
Add your website URL
One link to your news or blog listing is enough. No RSS feed required.
- 02
AI drafts the issue
Subject line to sign-off, written only from articles you have published. No guessing, no padding.
- 03
Approve and send
Read the draft, press approve — even straight from the email, without opening the dashboard. Nothing goes out until you do.
HOW THE AI WRITES
Here is exactly how the AI writes.
It is not left to its own devices. Four steps, read, select, write and stop, make sure only text with a source survives.
- 01
Read
Every hour it fetches up to 10 new articles, full text, from your news or blog listing page (or your RSS feed if you have one).
- 02
Select
It takes up to 6 of your newest articles that have not been used in an issue yet. Give it instructions and it picks matching articles; give it article URLs and it uses only those.
- 03
Write
It fills a fixed structure, subject, opening, one summary per article, sign-off, using only facts found in the material. Every summary links to the original article.
- 04
Stop
Links that do not point to a source article are removed, sender disclosures and the unsubscribe link are inserted, and nothing is sent until you approve.
What it never does
- Invent numbers or names that are not in the material
- Send your subscriber list to the AI
- Let your articles or subscriber data be used to train AI models
Industry news issues
Something to send, even in a quiet week.
Choose your industry, and the AI picks recent official announcements that matter to your customers and drafts an issue that explains them. Source links included, and you check it before anything is sent.
For now, the sources are Japanese government agencies and public bodies only. The issue itself is written in your newsletter's language.
See industry news issues →When readers reply,
AI drafts the answer.
When a reader replies to your newsletter, AI drafts an answer from your own site's articles. You check it and press send. Booking and pricing questions are flagged as leads right away.
- Sorts every reply: question, booking, order, feedback or unsubscribe
- Answers only from your articles and the issue. It never promises prices or dates you haven't published
- Leads are flagged with [Lead] in the subject of the notification email
- Unsubscribe requests are honored automatically; out-of-office replies are ignored
- Review and send every answer from one screen
Loved the article. We collect paper consent forms at the front desk. Does that count as double opt-in? Could we talk sometime?
Thanks for reading! A paper form on its own isn't double opt-in, but keeping it as a record of consent is a great idea. Someone from our team will get back to you about a time to talk.
Send this replyAfter you send,
AI reads the numbers.
Open and click rates are only useful if you know what to do next. AI turns them into a few concrete suggestions for your next issue.
- Compare open and click rates issue by issue on one chart
- See your most-clicked articles, most engaged readers (likely leads) and those who stopped opening
- One click and AI writes 3-4 lines of advice for your next issue
- The next draft uses these results automatically, with a note on what the AI put first and why
- Subject line A/B tests: two subjects go to part of your list first, and the one with more opens goes to everyone else
- ・Issues that pair an event invite with practical tips get the highest click rate.
- ・The grants article is your second most clicked. Try adding a grants update to the next invite.
Next: marketing automation, without the setup
AI finds the leads among your newsletter readers.
Which topics they open, how many issues in a row they read, whether they reply. Each morning you hear about readers getting close to contacting you, with a follow-up email drafted for you to check and send. Each reader also gets the sections they care about first, and readers who have gone quiet get a short check-in note. Nothing to set up.
From inquiry to reader, lead and next issueMessages from your website form or LINE become an entry point to marketing automation, with nothing to set up.

- Download formNEWAdd a one-line form to your site and anyone who requests your brochure or price list (a PDF or a link) gets it by email right away. People who agree to updates become readers and appear as leads (“Requested a download”). No AI is used, so it works on the Free plan.

WHY DIFFERENT
Not a better editor. A reason you never need one.
Every email tool hands you a beautiful blank editor and says “go write”. That is exactly why most newsletters stop after issue three.
Remove the blank page
No writing
Each week's issue is drafted automatically from your site updates. Your job is to read it and approve it.
Rules built into the product
Compliance enforced
Every contact carries a recorded basis for sending. Sender identification, physical address, one-click unsubscribe and automatic suppression of bounces and complaints are standard.
Measure conversations
Replies, not opens
Replies always land with a real person. Success is measured in replies and meetings, not open rates.
COMPLIANCE
Compliance you do not have to remember.
What CAN-SPAM and your privacy obligations require is handled by the system, ahead of time. It holds up when staff change and when you are busy.
- Every contact records why you may email them (opt-in, customer, business card) and when
- Sender name, physical postal address and contact details are inserted in every email
- One-click unsubscribe (List-Unsubscribe / RFC 8058), honored immediately
- Bounced and complaining addresses are suppressed automatically
- Consent and unsubscribe logs are append-only and retained for at least three years

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
- Do I really not have to write anything?
- Correct. Add the URL of your news page or blog and AI drafts each issue from your newest articles. You read it and press approve. You can edit the text if you want to.
- Will the AI make things up?
- It writes only from what is in your published articles and is instructed never to add numbers or names that are not in the source. Every section links to the original article so you can check it before approving.
- Can I see how my newsletter performs?
- The Analytics page shows open and click rates by issue, your most-clicked articles, your most engaged readers and those who stopped opening. Press Ask AI and it writes 3-4 lines of advice for your next issue based on your actual numbers. Open rates run high because of Apple Mail Privacy Protection, so watch click rates first.
- Who answers when readers reply?
- Turn on the AI reply assistant and replies to your newsletter come to us first. AI sorts each one (question, booking, order, feedback, unsubscribe) and drafts an answer using only your site's articles and the issue. Nothing is sent until you approve it. Booking and pricing questions are flagged as leads by email, and unsubscribe requests are honored automatically.
- How does it handle CAN-SPAM?
- Every contact records why you may email them and when. Your sender name, physical postal address and contact details are inserted into every email, unsubscribe is one click and honored immediately, and bounced or complaining addresses are suppressed automatically.
- Does it work without an RSS feed?
- Yes. It follows the article links on your listing page and reads the full text. If an RSS or Atom feed exists it uses that automatically.
- What does it cost?
- The Free plan is free forever for up to 300 subscribers and 4 issues a month, with no credit card. AI drafts, analytics advice, the welcome email, lead alerts and personalized section order are included; AI reply drafts are limited to 10 a month, automatic translation to 1 language and the AI interview to 1 a month. The Pro plan is $29 a month (the displayed price is the total) and includes 5,000 subscribers, 30 issues a month, 500 AI reply drafts, 3 translation languages, 30 AI interviews a month, follow-up and check-in email drafts, and sending from your own domain. No annual contract; cancel anytime.
- How is this different from writing my newsletter with ChatGPT?
- With a general AI chatbot you still collect the articles, write the prompt, check the output and paste it into an email tool every time. Newsletter Ready does the whole loop: it picks up new articles from your site, drafts the issue, adds the required footer and unsubscribe link, sends it and reports the results. Your part is to read and approve. It writes only from your published articles, and every summary links to its source.
- Can I send in other languages or to other countries?
- Yes. Each organization chooses its newsletter language (ten languages, including English, German, French and Japanese) and the region whose law applies (United States, Canada, EU, UK, Australia, Japan, South Korea or Taiwan). Footers and consent rules follow that choice.
- Can I switch from another email service?
- Yes. Import the subscriber list (CSV) you export from Mailchimp, Brevo, Kit, Substack and others as it is. People who had unsubscribed or bounced at your previous service are carried over as "do not send" automatically, so they won't be emailed by mistake. Step-by-step migration guides for each service are linked from our comparison pages.
