Turn Your Blog into a Newsletter Automatically
Most newsletters stop after a few issues because someone has to sit down and write them. If you already publish on a blog or a news page, the writing is done. Newsletter Ready turns those posts into an issue, and your only job is to approve it.
Three steps
- Add your website URL. One link to your blog or news listing page is enough; no RSS feed is required.
- AI drafts the issue: subject line, opening, one summary per article linking to the full post, and a sign-off, written only from what you published.
- Approve and send. Read the draft, edit if you like, and press approve. Nothing goes out until you do.
Who it is for
- Small businesses with a news or blog section that never turned into a newsletter
- Associations and member organizations that publish updates for members
- Agencies and consultants who blog regularly and want to stay in touch with clients
- Publishers who want a newsletter without adding editorial work
What the AI will not do
- Invent numbers or names that are not in your articles
- Receive your subscriber list
- Let your articles or subscriber data be used to train AI models
Compliance built in
Every subscriber carries a recorded reason you may email them. Sender disclosures and a one-click unsubscribe are inserted in each issue, and double opt-in is used automatically for EU and UK organizations. Newsletters can be written in eight languages.
