RSS to Email Newsletter, Without the Template Work

Classic RSS-to-email tools paste your latest posts into a template and send it on a timer. Newsletter Ready reads the same feed, then writes an actual issue: a subject line, a short opening, one summary per article with a link back to it, and a sign-off. You approve it before anything goes out.

Works with or without an RSS feed

If your site has an RSS or Atom feed, it is used automatically. If it does not, add the URL of your news or blog listing page instead: the article links on that page are followed and the full text of each post is read.

Every hour, up to 10 new articles are fetched. Each issue uses up to 6 of your newest articles that have not appeared in an issue yet.

How it differs from a plain RSS digest

  • Summaries, not truncated excerpts: each article gets a short summary written from its full text.
  • Written only from your articles. Numbers and names that are not in the source are not added, and every summary links to the original post.
  • You approve each issue. Nothing is sent on a timer without you seeing it, and you can edit the draft.
  • Give instructions, such as which topics to focus on, or list specific article URLs to use only those.

Email rules handled for you

Sender name, postal address and a one-click unsubscribe link are added to every issue, unsubscribes take effect immediately, and bounced or complaining addresses are suppressed automatically. Consent rules follow the region you choose: the United States, the EU, the UK, Canada, Australia or Japan.

Try it on your own feed

Paste your blog or news page URL on the home page and get a sample issue in about a minute. It uses public pages only and sends no email.
