Turn a Blog Post into a Newsletter with AI

A blog post only helps if people read it. Sending it to your subscribers puts it right in their inbox. Paste the article and the AI writes a short newsletter issue around it, from the subject line to the closing. Add the article’s URL and it becomes the “Read the full article” link.

What you enter is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to create the result. We don't save it; only a short excerpt appears in an internal usage notice to our team.

How to use it

  1. Paste the text of the post you want to share, including the title.
  2. Add the article URL (optional), choose a tone and click Generate with AI.
  3. Copy the subject and body into your email tool, check that dates and figures match the post, then send.

Why send your blog posts as a newsletter

  • Search and social media reach only part of your audience. A newsletter goes straight to people who asked to hear from you.
  • There’s nothing new to write. You reuse an article you already have, so you don’t have to hunt for a topic every time.
  • Clicks from the newsletter to the post show you which topics your readers care about.

How to summarize a post for email

You don’t need the whole article in the email. Tell readers what it’s about and why it’s useful to them, then let the post do the rest. This tool keeps it short: a one- or two-sentence intro, a three- to five-sentence summary and a brief closing.

Keep the subject line faithful to the article. A subject that promises something the content doesn’t deliver leads to unsubscribes and spam complaints.

Nothing that isn’t in your post

The AI is told to use only what your article says: it must not add or change prices, dates, names or claims. It’s still a draft, so compare it with the post before you send. The link uses the exact URL you enter; the AI never writes it.

Newsletter Ready does this for every new post

Newsletter Ready checks your site’s news or blog listing page every hour and imports new articles automatically (no RSS feed needed). The AI drafts the issue, from subject line to closing, using only your published articles, and each summary links to the original post. You read it and approve; nothing is sent until you do.

FAQ

Can I paste an article written in another language?

Yes. The newsletter is always written in the language of this page (English), whatever language the article is in. Names and numbers are kept as they appear in the article.

What if my post is longer than 4,000 characters?

Paste the part that matters most for the email, such as the opening and the key points. The summary only needs the main ideas.

Do I have to add the URL?

No. If you add it, a “Read the full article” line with your exact URL goes after the summary. If not, add the link in your email tool.

Let AI draft the whole newsletter

Newsletter Ready drafts the subject line and the whole issue from your newest website articles. You read it and approve.
