Terms of Service
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These terms govern the use of Newsletter Ready (the “Service”), operated by kazlinks Inc., 105-2 Ichinofukuro, Togane, Chiba 283-0057, Japan (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Newsletter Ready drafts email newsletters from content you publish on your own website, lets you review and approve each issue, and sends approved issues to subscribers you manage. Drafts are generated by an AI model from the material you provide; you are responsible for reviewing every issue before approval.
The Service is currently offered free of charge. Paid plans may be introduced with advance notice; existing accounts will receive a transition period.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the organizations you create in it.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and use the Service on behalf of a business or organization.
3. Acceptable use and lawful sending
You may only add subscribers you are legally allowed to email under the law of the region you select for each organization (for example CAN-SPAM, GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, PECR, CASL, the Spam Act or Japan’s Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail). You must record an accurate basis for each contact and keep it current.
You must not send unsolicited bulk email, purchase or scrape address lists, misrepresent the sender, send illegal, deceptive or harmful content, or use the Service to infringe the rights of others.
We may suspend sending, or the account, if bounce or complaint rates are abnormal, if a recipient or authority complains, or if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to your website content, subscriber data and the issues you approve. You grant us the license needed to fetch, process, store and send that content in order to provide the Service.
AI drafts are generated only from the material you provide. Generated text is provided as a draft; you decide what is sent.
5. Data protection
We process personal data of your subscribers on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are the controller of your subscriber data; we are the processor. We keep consent and unsubscribe records in an append-only log for at least three years to help you demonstrate compliance.
Subscribers can unsubscribe with one click and can request deletion of their data from the unsubscribe page. We honor such requests without your intervention.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the Service or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or JPY 10,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Compliance with email and data protection law is ultimately your responsibility. The Service helps you meet common requirements but does not constitute legal advice.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we delete your data within 90 days, except records we must keep by law or that document consent and unsubscribe history.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chiba District Court, Japan, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms: use the contact page of the Service or write to the operator address above.
