Even in a week with no new posts on your site, you can draft an issue that explains official announcements. The AI picks new announcements that matter to your customers and explains them briefly.
For now, the sources are Japanese government agencies and public bodies only (such as the National Tax Agency and the Consumer Affairs Agency). The issue itself is written in your newsletter's language.
Choose industries
- Open Industry news in the left menu.
- Under "Industries (up to 3)", choose your customers' industries.
- Tax & accounting / HR & payroll / Construction & renovation / Real estate / Restaurants / Beauty / Medical & care / Manufacturing / IT & web / Retail & e-commerce
- If you like, add a note for the end of each issue (for example, "Questions? Just reply to this email.").
- Click Save.
Recent announcements for the chosen industries are listed below.
Draft an issue
Click Draft an issue from industry news. The AI picks announcements, drafts an issue and opens it. Check and edit it like any other issue, then approve it. Nothing is sent until you approve.
| Part | Content |
|---|---|
| Articles (one per announcement) | What changed, the impact on your customers, and from when (only if the announcement says) |
| End of each article | The source name and a link to the original announcement |
| Closing | An invitation to reply, your note, and a line asking readers to check the original announcement |
How mistakes are kept out
- The AI writes only from the announcement and explains it in its own words instead of copying.
- Sentences with numbers that are not in the source (dates, amounts, rates) are removed automatically. The AI note on the draft shows how many were removed.
- The AI can still be wrong. Compare the draft with the original announcement before you send it.
Limits
| Plan | Issues |
|---|---|
| Free | 1 a month |
| Pro | 1 every 7 days (weekly) |
The daily limit on drafts is shared with your other issues.
Use in autopilot
Turn on Use in autopilot, and on your autopilot day it works like this. Either way, nothing is sent until you approve.
| That week | Free | Pro |
|---|---|---|
| No new posts on your site | An industry news issue is drafted (up to 1 a month) | An industry news issue is drafted |
| New posts on your site | The regular issue only | 1–2 items from "This week's industry news" are added at the end of the regular issue |
The corner follows the same rules as the industry news issue (numbers not in the source are removed, source links, and a line asking readers to check the original announcement).
In weeks with no announcement that clearly affects your customers, neither an issue nor a corner is created. If that happens in a week with no new posts, you get the usual AI interview prompt instead.
