Messages from the contact form on your website and from LINE land on the Replies page. AI drafts a reply based on your website, so all you do is check it and send. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
1. Add the contact form to your site
- In Settings → Contact form and LINE inquiries, tick Use the contact form and press Save.
- Code for your site appears. Press Copy.
- Paste that one line where you want the form to appear. In WordPress, use a Custom HTML block. It works on any site, including Wix, Squarespace and your own HTML.
The form asks for name, email and message, plus a Send me news and updates (newsletter) box. The box is unticked by default, so people only become readers when they choose to.
Turn on AI first response to replies first, so AI drafts a reply to each inquiry.
2. Accept inquiries on LINE
Once your LINE Official Account is connected and its webhook is set up, messages from friends appear on the Replies page as Inquiry (LINE).
Tick End replies to LINE inquiries with a short question asking whether you may send updates on LINE to add that line to the end of each draft. You can delete it before sending.
3. Reply drafts based on your website
Under Website pages used for replies, press Read now. We read up to 40 main pages of the company website in your settings (prices, services, areas, opening hours, about us, FAQ and so on), then re-read them every week.
- When an inquiry or reply arrives, the pages closest to it become the basis for the draft. Where helpful, the draft includes the page URL.
- Anything not on your website (prices, stock, dates, areas and so on) is never made up. The draft says you will check and get back to them, and the Replies page lists those points under To check (not on your website). Confirm them and add them before sending.
- To keep a page out of replies (an old campaign, for example), untick it and press Save pages.
The same pages are also used for replies to your newsletter.
4. Readers and leads
- People who tick Send me news and updates become readers exactly as if they had used your sign-up form: consent and its time are recorded, and a confirmation email is sent where double opt-in is required.
- They are added to Leads as having sent an inquiry.
- Recent inquiries on the Leads page lists messages from the form and LINE. Click one to open it on the Replies page.
5. Download form
Send brochures, price lists and other files by email straight away to anyone who requests them through a form on your site. No AI is used, so it works on the Free plan.
- In Settings → Download form, tick Use the download form.
- Enter a name for the file (for example, “Company brochure”) and choose a PDF (up to 10 MB). Instead of a PDF you can enter a link to a file stored elsewhere, such as Google Drive.
- Press Save and the Code for your site (download form) appears. Paste that line where you want the form. It is separate from the contact form code; you can use both on one page.
The form asks for name, email address, company (optional) and a Send me news and updates (newsletter) box, which starts unticked.
- The person immediately receives an email from your sender address with a download link. Each request gets its own unguessable link, valid for 30 days.
- Only people who tick the updates box become readers (handled like the subscribe form) and appear on the Leads page as “Requested a download”. Nobody else gets marketing emails.
- Leads → Download requests lists who asked and whether they opened the file. You are also notified at your reply notification address each time.
- Set your sender email address in Settings first.
6. Notes
- AI drafts count toward the same monthly limit as AI first response to replies (10 on Free, 500 on Pro).
- The form accepts up to 5 messages per 10 minutes from the same connection.
- A reply is sent only when you press send.
